The two-day conference will bring together professionals from across primary care, including general practice, community pharmacy, nursing, PCNs and system leaders, to examine how closer working could support neighbourhood health delivery.

The programme includes sessions on access, workload, medicines optimisation and service integration, with a focus on case-based learning and practical examples from across primary care.

It is structured around five themes: collaboration in action; business and service innovation; leadership and workforce; technology and AI for integration; and clinical skills booster.

Sessions topics include the future of independent prescribing, which will examine how prescribing could expand across the sector and what this may mean for service delivery.

Another will focus on medicines shortages and consider whether closer working with general practice could help reduce disruption to patient care and improve communication across primary care.
