The Leeds-based company scored 91.4 out of 200 in the B Impact Assessment, exceeding the minimum 80-point threshold for certification.
In the assessment, Pharmacy2U was commended for its performance in the customers category, including its ability to demonstrate positive health outcomes for users of its service.
The company said the certification reflected ongoing work to reduce energy consumption and waste across its operations, strengthen governance, and support staff wellbeing.
It also highlighted internal initiatives such as menopause support groups, men’s health forums and employee engagement committees.

Chief executive Kevin Heath said the certification ‘reflects our long-standing commitment to being a force for good in the UK’s critical national pharmacy sector’.
He added: ‘This isn’t the end of the journey; it raises the bar for how we will continue to operate, innovate, and lead with purpose long into the future.’
Laura Turnbull, chief people officer, said achieving B Corp status had been ‘a truly collaborative and cross-functional effort’, adding: ‘I’m incredibly proud of how committed we are as a business to improving the lives of our people, patients, and the planet.’

Pharmacy2U said it intends to make year-on-year improvements ahead of changes to the B Corp framework in 2026, when the number of assessed impact areas will increase from five to seven.
The new B Corp assessment criteria will be: purpose and stakeholder governance; fair work; justice, equity, diversity and inclusion; human rights; climate action; environmental stewardship and circularity; and government affairs and collective action.
