We want to hear from pharmacists across the UK. The new Pharmacist survey covers topics as diverse as patient access, independent prescribing and medicine shortages. It is open to all pharmacists, whether they are in community, GP practices or hospitals.

By taking our survey, you will also be entered into a prize draw for £1,000, alongside respondents to surveys by our sister magazines, Pulse, Nursing in Practice and Management in Practice.

More importantly, you can help shape the future of the profession. Our previous survey helped to inform the Cogora white paper on primary care workforce, which influenced profession leaders from across primary care.

Our new survey will tackle some of the biggest issues in pharmacy today, and will be used in our next white paper on primary care patient access.

We will not quote you without your explicit consent, either by your name or anonymously. The results will be reported in aggregate terms in future Pharmacist coverage.

The survey closes at 9am on Thursday 17 July.
