Contractors in Scotland received a capitation element to their remuneration for the first time in November. Transitional remuneration arrangements had been in place in Scotland since 2004, but now that the four core contractual services have all been implemented, remuneration arrangements are being reshaped to reflect the new diversity in service provision.
